This service is operated by VPNCN ("we"). We provide a paid virtual private network that relays your internet traffic through servers we run. Support and all notices go through @adelyaachkaaa on Telegram.
By paying for a subscription, starting a free trial, or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Access is tied to your Telegram account or, on the website, to an anonymous account recognised through your verified email. Your connection link is a credential: anyone holding it can use your subscription. Keep it private. You may replace it at any time from the bot or your subscription page, which immediately invalidates the old one.
One subscription covers up to three devices at the same time, sharing one traffic allowance. We may disconnect sessions above that limit.
Traffic is not metered for ordinary use. Each plan carries a fair-use allowance set well above what normal use consumes, and we may pause an account that goes far beyond it. If that happens we tell you, and you can start again with a new plan.
We may suspend an account that does these things, without refund.
Laws about VPNs differ by country, and in some places using or paying for one is restricted or prohibited. You are responsible for knowing and following the law that applies to you. We do not advise on this and we do not accept liability for your use of the service where it is not permitted.
Subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed period. Whether one renews depends on how you paid: a one-off checkout ends when the period does, while a recurring plan continues until you cancel it. Which applies is shown before you pay, and a recurring plan can be cancelled at any time from wherever you bought it -- cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the period you have already paid for intact. Prices are shown before you pay.
You ask us to begin providing the service immediately when you pay, and you acknowledge that once access has been delivered you lose any statutory right to cancel and withdraw from the contract. This matters if you live somewhere with a cooling-off period for distance contracts, such as the European Union: access is delivered within minutes, so that right ends at delivery.
We do not refund because you changed your mind, stopped using the service, or were blocked by a network we do not control.
We do refund when we fail to deliver. If the service does not work, tell us at @adelyaachkaaa. If we cannot fix it in a reasonable time, we will extend your subscription or refund the unused part of it, at your choice.
We do not guarantee that the service is available at all times, that any particular server is reachable, or that it will work on any particular network. Access to servers can be blocked by third parties without warning. The service is provided as is.
Where the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we stop operating the service — in which case we refund the unused part of your subscription.
We may update these terms at any time. The current version always lives at this address, and the effective date above shows when it last changed. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and ask us about the unused part of your subscription.
Tell us first at @adelyaachkaaa — nearly everything is settled that way. Any dispute that cannot be settled is governed by the law of the place where VPNCN is established.
